Refund policy
Birch Trail has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.
Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of requesting a return. Any shipping charges required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund
To start a return, you can contact us at info@birchtrailsk.com. If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted/refunded.

Returns are not accepted on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Birch Trail does not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item at your expense and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
