Birch Trail ships via Canada Post and selects the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within Canada,  tracking numbers are offered on every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items. 

Customers in USA

Birch Trail ships via Canada Post and selects the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest. 

International Customers

Unfortunately international shipping is not cost-friendly. Standard shipping rates with Canada Post apply. A tracked parcel is expensive but the safest route to ensure your product arrives at your door. 

Customers wishing to pick up orders 

For customers who wish to pick up their item(s), please type in "LOCALPICKUP" in the discount code box when checking out to remove shipping charges.
